A lovely paean to this singular time of year in these singular and not so singular times. Thank you, Jack.

The reference to the rock in the Spokane River resonated. Having experienced the flow of Jesuit tradition for over 5 decades at Gonzaga it made me think what remains, what is now off that was on with the Jesuit community? What remains in the river to be flowed over in the spirit of A.M.D.G. How are todays graduates women and men for others? We keep sending children to abide in the grace of 4 or 5 springs at Gonzaga. What spirit of the saint and society continues to be imparted? I liked the observations about spring, we are at least a month ahead in the Treasure Valley. Better harvest that Rhubarb before the flowers come... in due season we become part of the circles in the gardens of life and light. Thanks Fr. Jack.
